Individual music therapy

We offer private, one-to-one music therapy sessions both in person and online. Our spaces are accessible, comfortable and confidential. There are a variety of instruments and other creative materials to use. Get in touch on our contact page for a free initial 15 minute consultation.

Group Session

We offer co-facilitated group music therapy sessions. Group music therapy can be a way of learning about yourself and others, engage in fun and connecting music making with others and to experience support from other group members in your unique situation.
