open and flexible
-
music-focused
-
community-focused
-
collaborative
Music may enable you to connect with parts of yourself that can be difficult with words alone, helping you gain an understanding of your emotions, and memories or expand awareness of your inner self. Music also helps with connection to others, whether that be a friend, your therapist, a family member or a group. You do not need to have any musical skill to partake or benefit from the music therapy procces.
